1. Services
DigitalLabX provides digital design, content creation and social media management services as described on our Services page. Each package’s scope is defined at purchase.
2. Payments
All packages are one-time payments due before work begins. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in its description. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered designs. DigitalLabX retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate brand assets, timely feedback, and ensuring you have rights to any materials you supply.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
